Sanctuary List FAQ

  • The Sanctuary List is Sanctuary City Rings’ private-access program for limited-run pieces. When you join, you receive early access to select releases through unlisted links before they become publicly available.

  • Join by submitting the sign-up form for a specific piece. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know you’re on the list.

  • No. There is no financial responsibility to join the Sanctuary List or reserve access to a limited run.

  • You’ll receive:

    1. An immediate confirmation email, and

    2. A follow-up email within approximately 30 days when your piece is ready, including a private purchase link and next steps.

  • Yes—during the private-access window only. When your private link goes live, we reserve that specific piece for you for approximately one week. During that week, your reservation is protected.

    After the private-access week ends and the listing becomes public, the reservation hold expires and the piece may sell out.

  • Your reservation is held for about one week from the moment your private listing link goes live (your “private-access week”).

  • If you don’t complete your purchase during the private-access week, your reservation expires. When the listing becomes public, you’re welcome to purchase if it’s still available, but it may sell out once it opens to the public.

  • Yes. Each limited run has its own form, so you can join multiple releases as they become available.

  • Runs open periodically based on design, sourcing, and production schedules. The Sanctuary List is the best way to hear about new releases first.

  • Reply to any Sanctuary City Rings email you receive, or use the contact option on our website. We’re happy to help with sizing, timelines, and product details.

  • I love split payments. If you desire a piece and it’s a little out of your current range, use code DEPOSIT to place a 50% deposit on an existing One of A Kind, or Built For You Custom.

    When the piece is done I’ll send you the link for the remaining deposit before I will ship.

  • @sanctuary_city_rings on IG or on my homepage you will find a series of pieces that you can vote on or get VIP access to.

    How it works: I’ll build the pieces and you can tell me if you are interested in that piece and what size you prefer. When the piece is done in your size and material, I’ll send you a VIP early access listing. That listing will be live at that price for you for 1 week.

    After the that week, the listing will go public and the price will increase.

    I work opposite than fashion brands. If you get in early, you get the best price. The more they sell, the more the price increases. This keeps the our loyal clients getting pieces at the best price.
